The writing in this book, as with the previous 3, was awesome. The story is action-packed and progresses at a good pace. The cast of characters is a lot of fun, and it was great to learn more about Aoleon and Gilbert and watch their friendship develop even more.
As with the other books the illustrations are fantastic. They are bright and lots of fun. Each one connects you deeper with the story and makes you feel as though you are right there with Aoleon and Gilbert. I love the fact that they are 3D, this just adds to the amazingness of them. The cows on the cover were absolutely awesome!
I highly recommend this series. They are very quick reads and are a lot of fun.
Overall, I give this book:
4 out of 5 Hippos
